2. Scope of Service

Our service is a professional consultancy; while we strive for absolute accuracy using logical structuring, the final legal risk remains with the Client upon execution of the documents. We do not provide litigation services or represent clients in court.

3. User Responsibilities

Investors and corporate clients must provide all necessary background data, prior drafts, and commercial objectives. Failure to disclose material facts may result in a non-optimized contract structure which Axiom Legal Draft cannot be held accountable for.

4. Intellectual Property

The logic frameworks, structural templates, and specific Axiom methodologies remain the intellectual property of Axiom Legal Draft. Upon final payment, the Client is granted a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the specific drafted document for its intended commercial purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific instruction. Axiom Legal Draft operates with a commitment to logical integrity, yet legal interpretation is subject to jurisdictional shifts. We recommend localized legal counsel for multi-jurisdictional execution.
